Chatters Hair Salon

It used to be awesome and be full of excellent stylists but now it seems to be more like a First Choice unless you get one of their long term employees like Jennifer (who is amazing). Just seems like the quality has gone downhill.

My hairdresser is Fallon, she is brilliantly talented in both cutting and colouring hair. I have been seeing her for at least three years now, and through the long and the short hair she has never failed to amaze me with her skill and make me fall in love with whatever look we decide to create together. Thank you Chatters for consistently hiring excellent staff and thank you Fallon for making me feel beautiful!

I've been going to Chatters for almost 15 years and when Jessie was there it was awesome!! Today I went for my cut and colour appointment and didn't realize it was w Heidi. She had cut my sons hair and was 15 mins late and came out dragging her feet and called him by the wrong name and no apology for being late and she was very unprofessional. Anyway I went to my appointment today and explained what I wanted and she went back to the front desk to ask if she had time for what I wanted and came back and said she didn't have enough time to do it. TBH she didn't want to see me any more than I wanted to see her but she made up this excuse. She should have been honest w me and at least professional about it. Turns out she is the manager. Not a very good manager. Can't believe someone thinks she is manager material. I won't be returning to this salon. Very disappointed.

I called to make a hair appointment, and I was laughed at over the phone. I am only going there tomorrow and after that...never again.

I see one stylist who is amazing. But this place is getting run down and dirty. If it weren't for Jina I wouldn't go.
