Great food, amazing service. Prices where really good. Wasn't fast food, but was mad...

Lovely staff. Clean place. Very tasty eats. But the cabbage rolls were more of a rice roll with a bit of meat in it mixture rather then the other way around like my grandma & mom made, and I felt a bit ripped off with the miniscule amount of onion and bacon on the pierogies. For $18, I expected more. Even the sour cream was an extra charge :- *order water to drink. $2.75 for a tiny cup of Coke
The perogies are awesome . We also took some fruit ones to go. Service could be a bit better. Thought the prices were a bit high but it is all homemade by the family so helps knowing that. It is a must go to when in creston, at least for us
Excellent Polish food, I love the perogies and cabbage roles. They keep the place super clean. A real gem in Creston.
This is a wonderful gem of a restaurant. Chatka means “little cottage” in Polish. Honestly, this tastes like home cooking, and I wish I could eat here once a week. I highly recommend. Very clean BTW.
This is an image of my cabbage roll, perogie and ham sausage combo after I have tried enough to know that it is homemade, great quality and delic! The restaurant itself is cute and spotless. Two thumbs up!
The place serves GREAT home style food. I rarely can find a restaurant where dishes are so delicious! Only because of Chatka I will visit Creston more often. Żurek, schabowy, gołąbki and all kinds of pierogies remind me of my mothers cooking. Thank you Chatka. Dziękuję Panie Andrzeju.
I enjoyed my cabbage rolls, just had 2. Great prompt service, and a clean & healthy atmosphere. It's a family restaurant and all Ukrainian food.
We had the Polish Plate and the #3 combo. Both were delicious. I'm sorry they aren't open on Sunday. We'll have to find another place to eat before we leave town!
I gave the review a 1 star only because that’s the lowest I could give it. I ordered perogies and cabbage roll. There was no tomato sauce on the cabbage roll and the perogies were swimming in water. Two of my grandparents were born in Ukraine so I know what what the food is supposed to taste like. The only good thing there was the service. I would never go there again for the food. I think they probably went and microwaved frozen food.
Pricey & very small portions. However, they're homemade Perogies are very goodFood: 4/5
