Delicious tacos. I had the carnitas pictured & pastor. Although the truck was busy, the wait wasn't too long. Reasonable prices & they update their location via social media. I'd definitely recommend giving Chatitas a try.
Tried this food truck for the first time during the peach festival in Romeo. It was so good! They are fast and friendly and the food never disappoints. 10/10
Tried Chatitas at the Michigan Taco Fest and wow, was it good. I tried their specialty taco for the weekend, and if their regular menu is as good as the cochinita, you’re in for a treat. Also recommend getting a side of esquite!
My fiancée and I stopped here on a whim and we are so glad we did! Easily the best tacos in the Utica/Shelby area and the authenticity shows. The tacos themselves don’t have much heat to them but the salsa that comes with it provides just a small kick. And at $2.50 for one normal taco and $3 for a specialty taco we are not mad about it! They also have tamales but those sell quick so we didn’t get any this time - but I bet they’re amazing. This truck is becoming a regular staple in our Mexican food spots. Photo for tax on how good it was, and for reference we got a carnitas and a pastor taco.

Chatita's food truck was booked for a neighborhood event recently and they were amazing! Not only was the food delicious and well-priced, but the customer service was wonderful too. They were on time, friendly, and overall helped make our event even better. We will definitely book them again
We spotted the truck and on a whim we tried these. They are really excellent, well worth any line and wait time. Our favorites were the chicken, and the specialty pork and steak tacos. We are definitely going back!! The girls working were extremely nice especially working in the heat with long lines of people.
Had a happy clan after our stop at the 'taco truck'. All the tacos were great and the quesadilla disappeared without a trace. We will be keeping an eye on their Facebook page to catch up with them again soon.
This food truck is soo good! Authentic, delicious, and worth every penny and then some! They’ve been out in Romeo lately but when they return we’re definitely paying them a visit. We are fond of the asada and the chicken. We’ve also heard great things about their tamales but every time we try to buy some they’re already sold out.
Very good food! Highly recommend if you like "street taco's" and "street corn". Very nice people that work in the truck, also. Fair priced!!
