Ordered via their homepage. They gave me cold tea mistakingly while I ordered hot one. As we were in hurry we did not ask them to remake, I was disappointed a bit. It was tasty though!
The drinks are great but the desserts are pretty pricey, and the boba cake is definitely not worth it - very bland and spongey

I don’t know what these entitled Karens are talking about but the service is excellent every visit, especially Vivian. Masks are required during this pandemic, protect yourself and others. Don’t be an idiot. I greatly recommend this store!
Ordered a simple drink via delivery through the Chatime website. Order was completely wrong. We received someone else's order. When we called the staff they were VERY unhelpful.
I bought three Large Pearl Milk Tea today with regular ice. When I added all the ice it literally filled up the whole cup. There was only a little amount of tea in it. It was filled with so much ice. I basically paid for the ice. Not happy with it.
