Typically Chatime drinks are extremely sweet, but when you order a drink that can be customized, it tastes really good. The staff at this location was friendly, and the store seems clean. There is ample seating, so that's a bonus if you're looking for a place to hang out.
Fast and easy. There is a self-service kiosk so you can quickly or slowly go through the menu and place your order. It is very casual in here and our drinks were on point. Lots of variety here so it will take a while to get through the whole menu.
Visit almost every week with my daughters. Alway order the same bobba tea. Castlemore location always have all the favours available. Something we notice when we go to other Chatime and they can't provide the drinks my daughters want because they don't have the ingredients. Zoe is always a pleasure to see when she is in the store. Always friendly, very informative of the latest flavours and promotions and gets our teas made right and fast. Thanks so much for your service.
I don't know how they always end up screwing up my order. I go here rarely hoping that the next time I go they would finally get their head in the game but they still screw it up. I don't understand how it is so bad at this location. They used to be so good when they started; their staff used to be competent. It's honestly so disappointing. The cashier even tried to upsell me after messing up my order! Talk about bad customer service.nnEdit: I did reach out to customer service to let them know, and as I expected they said they would review their staff training so this issue is avoided in the future.
I’ve been coming here weekly due to a family activity nearby. Drinks have been good and the Bake Code swiss rolls are a favourite. The free wifi is also appreciated.nnNot a fan of the paper straws. I’ve spilled my drinks before trying to get it through so they just give me anxiety and I only order hot drinks now.nnMy reason for reviewing though is because of the loud music in the store. I tried not to mind it before but overtime it’s starting to bother me. Not sure if it’s just me, I suppose I have a bit of a sensory issue and I really come here hoping for a cozy spot to work or read by myself for an hour or so while I wait so it’s just distracting. I guess I can go somewhere else but everything has been good otherwise so hoping the feedback might be helpful.
