It's a nice place to have bubble tea. When we went around 3 pm on Sunday it was really busy and ended waiting around 15-20 mins for our order which was probably the rush hour.Food: 4/5
Beautiful and relaxing place! I had the strawberry Milk Tea, was worth every penny. Costumer service was great so will definitely be back again.
Good selection of drinks and great customer service. My nephews love the milk teas here and we usually order ahead for pick up and the drinks are always ready on time. The pricing is also very fair and the sizes are good too. Compared to Presotea their large is a lot smaller.
Delicious. A great treat. Great bonus that they do loyalty points based off your phone number. The grapefruit juice is delicious. They are typically very sweet and it's great that you can request the amount of sugar you want in it so it appeals to all tastes. The Chatim Pearl Milk tea is good too.

Definitely prefer presotea over chattime . Portions are smaller for the same price and my mango slush tasted more watery than mangoy.

Had takeout during covid and the food arrived really fast. The swiss swirl was really good but a bit dry. The tea was awesome. The packaging was the best. There's really no way of spills
The store is clean and the servers are quick and friendly. Overall, love that they have a loyalty card and a lot of choices of drinks to choose.. will definitely come back..
I've been there 3 times and every single time I've waited over 20mins for them to make a bubble tea. Place is nice but they have to do something about it, they are too slow.
