4 Stars! Everything is great about this place. Took one star out as management/staff does not control the crowd with current COVID restrictions in place. At one point there were too many people in the store which the staff should have stepped up and said something. Otherwise great place will definitely come back again.
The brown sugar pearl milk tea is simply fantastic. Worth every penny and will WOW anyone who is new to Chatime or bubble tea/ mango boba in general. The employees are so nice to explain their drink even though they are so busy. However, sometimes I have to go early because the bubble would be sold out near closing time.
I was very impressed with this Chatime! Best service in GTA. The accessible washroom was so nicely accessible! I loved that the button lock up on the outside and the inside of the bathroom so you knew it was locked! The service was great and drink that I had was delicious! Also, the workers were so friendly and kindly, even they were very busy today. Mango popping Boba was so good!!!!! I like their mango boba. I will back this store if I travel the north.
The most inconsistent chatime ive ever been to. I do not remember the last time ive had a good milk tea. Tapioca is always old and soggy/hard its terrible. Also a multiple occasions provide a watererd down large because of pure laziness or cheapness. dont understand how this store has close to 5 stars. lost a customer.

The place looks nice as it recently opened. There are a lot different drinks and add-ons that people can choose from. The quality of the bubble tea is better than other bubble tea places in Barrie but it is not exceptional. The employees are great and super nice. The shop is small but there are a few two people seats and 2 other tables are available for larger groups 3-6 people. I would recommend going to this place if you are in Barrie and craving bubble tea.
Love this place. I go in trying to order something different every time & a lot of the time I will ask the employees to surprise me or make me something they think I would like; Every time I do this, they never fail. I love every drink they have made me- from strong tea types to fruit tea drinks, always so taster and refreshing! The toppings are also always fresh, I often see them preparing fresh boba when I’m in & all the teas are always made with care. If I could personally afford to drink here everyday I would. The staff is also super friendly and welcoming to everyone who walks in, no matter how busy they always take the time to greet who walks through the door!
Finally a cha time in Barrie. Good location, in a plaza with other stores. Plenty of parking. Moderate seating, only few tables and many smaller higher tables along the wall. The seats are comfy and the whole place has a cozy feeling. The employees were friendly and the drinks were good. Second visit: The staff are always friendly. They have an ipad?, a device where you can input your phone number to claim cha time points if you forget your card. Also the seats along the wall are REALLY COMFY. I wish I could have sat longer. They also have a wall outlet under the table so you can charge your phone. They also do Uber eats .
Great place to get bubble tea! Been here a couple times already and the service has been nice. Only time I've seen people get drinks before me in line is because they ordered it AHEAD of time. Lots of nice flavours and also some good desserts to eat too if you're interested. Really like the fact you can adjust the amount of sugar and ice you get in your drinks and that there's option for hot drinks too. Awesome addition to the Barrie area.
Turn left for better juices. The Guava Lava is the worst thing I have tastesd, not a hint of guava. Sure I love toppings but not a meal, half toppings half juice, so disappointed!
