If you like bubble tea or even if u don't, u will love this place. So many options with flavors, milk or no milk, sugar level or even no sugar. I love the brown sugar pearl tea and also their mango smoothie.
Very fast to get your drinks, and the staff were very quick. I didn't have to wait too long, and the staff understood what I wanted and got the bubble tea very quickly. Lots of parking spaces for cars and a lot of other food outlets around here.
Bake code cakes. I liked their Twice baked Rare Cheese tart so wanted to try others. Taro mousse cake, Japanese cheesecake, Mille crape, and black sesame Swiss roll. Taro and Black sesame were good. Mille crape has custard cream instead of Whipping cream little too sweet for me. We hope that Matcha Mille crape that they used to sell at this location comes back! Went back to get our favorite twice baked rare cheese tart after dinner. Always great!
All staff are very nice, Very generous on toppings. Drinks taste very rich. Just very busy
Great quality and consistent drinks. 5 Stars for the taste, flavour, and the tapioca which are on point! However, there has been visits now where I left simply because the line up reached all the way to the back of the tea shop where the washrooms are. I did decide to give it a chance once but left within 15 minutes to realize I could be waiting for at least another 25-30 mins. Since then I have came back 3 times and have decided to leave once I saw the lengthy lineup through the glass. I’ve witnessed others who have done the same. I like Chatime’s drinks, but I can’t justify waiting in a line that long to get one. More STAFF is definitely required, especially during prime times for which I would have to rate 1 Star. Business is being lost due to the lack of staff.
Great taste. Good staff. Quick service. Nice ambience. I recommend going here if you want to get a quick tasty drink after a meal, and if you don’t mind the sugar :
Chatime quality has gone down so much in recent years. They got rid of their coffee jelly, their teas are not as flavourful as they used to be, packaging is all plastic and plastic, service is always slow, especially this location. Don’t recommend. 3/10.
Great drinks! Friendly stuff. Wait may take a little long, but thats coz they make good tea. Dont know why people complain on the wait, store cannot control that ‍
Cute little bubble tea shop in Ajax. I enjoyed the honey aloe Vera drink since it was their tea of the month. Great place to chill on a hot summer day!
My favourite chatime location across the GTA. Staff are always very nice. Cleanest location I've ever seen. The best thing about this location is the consistency in the drinks.
