Have you noticed that quality control has been an issue lately? Every chatime franchisee has a different taste, some better than others. Unfortunately this location wasn't for me. Milk Tea had too much milk and could not taste the tea. Tapioca was a bit too soft and not enough chew. Not a fan of the pudding, it tastes like water and sugar with some vanilla. They were out of the 2 flavors I wanted to try. White Grape green tea & golden aged black milk tea. Ended up getting tea of the month which was peach green tea. Nothing special; it's green tea with juice box drink mix. Service was friendly and location was spacious and a bit more upscale. Lots of parking and conveniently located in a busy plaza. I'll revisit when the drinks taste better.
Been here twice now and I had a good experience the first time and an okay one the second time. The first time around was last year when the bt21 kosmos drink came out. There was a line up due to limited # of ppl in the store, anyways we’re all past that now so I’ll speak to my recent experience. Essentially the service was just superrrr slow. Like only 1 person working and I felt bad that she was trying to take orders and make drinks in between. She apologized for the wait but I think they should do better to make sure enough ppl are working! The interior of this place is soo nice I’d definitely go back :
One of the sexiest location i have been . Lobe the interior design . Very minimalistic design . Line was not stopping and was super busy . Drinks are always good here so no doubt .
I love chattime bubble tea. Too bad i dont have anywhere near me since i live in Cambridge. Otherwise, I will be a regular here. if you love really sweet bubble tea like me. Their 50% brown sugar milk tea is the best. Staff is super friendly in this location.
Really nice bubble tea place with lots of flavours and also treats such as cheesecake. Nice design and has small outdoor patio.
The servers need to do better. The cashier kept taking off her hat to arrange and tie her hair. She used the same hands to hand cups to customers. You’re serving food! I’m not surprised I got hair in my tea. This is so disgusting! They should all be wearing nets
Came in on a Tuesday around 2pm I asked the cashier if I could order the golden aged milk tea and all she said was no. I said excuse me?! She said no you can’t order it, there’s no more…she was the Asian girl that wore glasses and brown hair in a ponytail…did not sound nice at all…I understand if you are out of a drink but that response from a customers point of view is unacceptable….do better and train your staff better…
Best chatime location ever!! The drinks are always the best quality and taste way better than other Chatime locations. I came this past Friday evening and even though it was super busy, the chatime baristas were synchronized in making my order and others’ order quickly! Would 10/10 recommend and will come back soon!! Thank you for all your hard work in making delicious bubble tea
I'm genuinely disappointed that I had to wait 20+ minutes for a simple taro bubble tea because the people behind the counter decided to serve their friends first, even though they ordered after me. Honestly I generally like chatime at all the other locations I've been to, but this is a terrible first time experience
Chatime drinks always taste delicious everytime I get a drink! My fav is the brown sugar pearl milk tea. Definitely come to this location as the staff is super friendly as well!
