Chase Bank

Almost every other time I come to this branch’s ATM, it is down for some unknown reason. I have never been to a bank with such frequent outages. Unfortunately this is the only one that is on my normal route. I have to go to the one by the mall I guess and completely skip coming here.

No teller windows. I needed a thousand dollars for Ernest money for a real state transaction. I did have my debit card was being replaced due to fraudulent activity and it takes 7to10 days to get the new one. First problem I and the bank associate tried several times the use my digital wallet but it wouldn't work. One of the associates tried to call customer service and it was a 20 minute wait. I had to drive to another location that had a teller at the window. As big and profitable chase is couldn't they send the debit card faster or have at least one teller. It's just corporate greed.,and not caring about the customer.

Went in to open my daughter a high school checking account and close her teen account. Rachelle was very helpful and made it a quick painless process.

Terrible branch. After more than two months, not a word trying to remedy a problem. They got copies of documents, and it was a waste of time. Tried a different branch, problem fixed in 15 minutes. Asked around about this bank near Howland Corners, all the couples I spoke to said this branch is horrible and to avoid it. Personnel were nice enough, with exception of Renee, what a fake and impolite person. Not at all professional nor worth the time. Go elsewhere and get things done right expeditiously.

This branch is truly worthless. Their atm isn’t functioning half the time. Now the whole atm drive thru is blocked off but they don’t say that anywhere, so you turn in and then have to immediately leave, which is also a nightmare. The employees are so rude and unhelpful. I went there for a check for a down payment and the girl can’t even say teller because they don’t do anything took my phone and STILL spelled the name of the lawyer incorrectly. The inside of this bank is literally just an atm, so what’s the point.
