Needed to open accounts due to relocating. Eric Wright's was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was quick but thorough. Greatly appreciate all his help.

I have been a long standing account holder at Chase Bank and a frequent visitor of the Cedar/Fairmount Chase location. Whenever I walk in the tellers are always cheerful and helpful. I usually go in around midday on Friday, which is a busy time, and all of the tellers are usually always busy assisting people. I know that they try their best to help folks in a timely manner, but they always manage to ask you about your day or wish you well on your way. I was shocked to see that anyone else would post poor service from this location. It's one of my favorite branches. Fast and friendly service - who can beat that?

An ideal location for CWRU students especially those living on top of the hill. Particularly nice is the walk up ATM on the side of the building.
