I had the BEST customer service at this Chase yesterday! I stopped in to change the name on my account because I just got married and the ladies were very friendly and were very helpful! The Chase on Leavitt Road in Lorain should take notes!

The manager is rude and service is sometimes slow.  Beware that if you want or need to go in, there is no parking directly in front of the bank.  There is also only the drive through ATM which is really, really low to the ground and poses an issue if you drive an SUV.

The only reason you're getting 1 star is because I can't write a review with zero stars. What a poor excuse for customer service this place is!!!
