Chase Bank

I came to this bank to get my debit card replaced after unfortunately losing it. I talked to a banker, who appeared to be nice and the banker asked me if I would like to have my debit card rushed for an additional 5 dollars and informed me that I would receive my card in 2-3 days. I said yes because of course being in this town the banks don't stay open long and I work the same hours the banks open. So I ordered my card thinking I might get it no later than a Saturday, maybe on Monday. I still have yet to receive my card. I am so tired of CHASE and their incompetent representatives. I am seconds away from walking up to the bank and just taking all of my money out of it. This is ridiculous.

I needed to send a wire transfer for earnest money on a house my husband and I are buying, since I needed to pick up prescriptions and get a few groceries I went to this branch, was there at 11ish. BAD mistake. After they entered in all the information, I looked it over and signed that it was correct, I had to wait for over 10 minutes for another employee to "approve it." The only thing he had to do was sign it, he didn't even review it. I asked if I could leave and come back (I am pregnant and needed to use the restroom) but was told no I had to wait there. I then get a phone call at 5:30 from the branch manager telling me that they screwed up and did not actually send my wire transfer, and that they will send it tomorrow. I got excuses about how busy it was, no one was in line until I had to wait for 10 min for a signature.
