Chase Bank

Don’t go to the Nappanee branch! We went in to open account and I believe her name was Stephanie, couldn’t get rid of us fast enough to close out her drawer. We arrived 30 minutes before closing. She was rude and pushing us away, only interested in closing her drawer/window. So another lady Alayanna, offered to help us but she didn’t know what she was doing, she kept typing but couldn’t figure it out. Asked us to come back Wednesday. People have jobs they can’t just take off. I’ve been with chase for many years and have never been so put off before. How unprofessional! Lousy service. We will be going to a different branch where they will actually help us.

Everyone in building is great! Very friendly people! Good service no matter whom you choose!

Great experiences in the past and well served in other branches. Unfortunately I have to give this specific location one star based on service and attitude. It seems this experience is validated by other recent reviews and I hope the pattern changes.

Was shorted $100 cashing 2 checks. I was reimbursed but not till I insisted something is not right about this place. Just remember to calculate your deposits and checks you cash. So you know.

Chase Bank doesn’t allow customers to contact this branch directly by phone. There were 3 employees that couldn’t help us with 20 minutes left on a recent work day. There were no other customers in the bank when we asked for service. Between employees that won’t help and a phone system that doesn’t allow users to call a branch, it would seem that Chase Bank is trying to “CHASE” away its customer base.
