Tasty Twist seems to always go above and beyond with portions and quality. Even our dogs love the pup cups with little doggy biscuits.
Prices aren't fitting with a small town ice cream spot. The wait took forever while the drivethru moved along. Blizzard was off the charts, well worth the wait. Dont be afraid to open sooner in the year.
Ice cream was yummy but the service did not come with a smile. Sign says "tips are appreciated." Well, friendly service is appreciated as well. Oh and FYI it's cash only.
Good ice cream, but the service is always questionable. Also the owner according to employees isn't very good about ordering ingredients. This was in response to why they were out of cotton candy bits. Apparently it was super popular, so naturally they replaced it with something not even close to as good. Still beats Dairy Queen though.
I love the tasty twist in Charlotte. They have the most awesome flavors of the week for their ice cream cones! I especially enjoyed their lemon ice cream and their salted caramel. They have reasonable prices great service and friendly staff, what else could you ask for? I would recommend anyone that loves ice cream to stop here for a treat anytime they are within 20 miles of Charlotte.
Fun local soft serve place with a drive through window. Not exceptional treats but not bad at all and they have some options for kids with dairy allergies. Well worth a stop if it's on your way.
We love this place !! The location is a perfect walk from home. I love their nachos. Their ice cream is also great! You get a lot for the price! Cheaper than Dairy Queen with a lot more options .
Can't be beat as a local stop for the price. Their twisters are great and the slushes have so much flavor, they beat out their competition any day. We love stopping here for ice cream after basically anything we do in town. We can get two slushes and a twister for around $6, which is incredible. This will be our summer staple!
My boyfriend threw his cookie dough twist away after only a few bites. Said it tasted “off” - I tasted it and he was right. Almost like freezer burnt or chemical-y. Service was meh. No one was overly friendly for an ice cream place. The girl talked so quietly that we could hardly hear her. She had to repeat herself a few times. Will go to DQ next hot day.
This place has the BEST soft serve ice cream around! I'm always excited when it opens for the summer. And the prices are very reasonable. Two thumbs up!
