I was charged 40$ for a floral arrangement and 10$ for delivery for a bouquet arrangement pictured on the florist's website. Not only were NONE of the flowers pictured (lilies, roses and sunflowers) included, when I called to speak to someone about correcting this problem, the person who returned my call, Kayla, was extremely rude and informed me the only flower they were "required" to include were sunflowers but they were out of them at the time. The arrangement that was sent looked tiny and cheap and was full of filler flowers. NEVER use this florist. Absolutely awful experience.
