The staff is working super hard to take case of both an emergency room and urgent care. While they could use a nurse practitioner who can write scripts for the urgent care patients, the service I got was professional, thorough and friendly. My understanding is that this is the only walk in urgent care in the area and I appreciate the hospital and staff a great deal for continuing to provide the service.
Absolutely terrible experience. Took my two year old and the doctor who saw her never checked her ears or throat, which I assumed was standard practice when kids present sick. Followed up with pediatrician and poor kids battling an ear and sinus infection which would of been caught and treated properly done his job. Doctor also did not write dosage on her prescription and pharmacist had to. Rooms felt out dated and dirty. 0/10 would not recommend.
Check-in, treatment, and check-out were very quick and professional. The admin, doctor, and nurse we interacted with were all very kind and answered all of our questions in detail. Best experience we’ve had in an urgent care.
Not really an Urgent Care. It’s in the ER and walks in take a back seat to ER patients. That’s fine but not explained. I sat in a patient room for almost 2 hours before seeing a doctor. Go to a real Urgent Care if you are in a hurry.
You go to the ER, but I was treated as an urgent care patient. They were friend, and quick. Didn't spend much time there at all.
Always in and out with professional service.
Friendly staff. Clean and fairly quick to get in.
