Lovely! Joe cut my hair this morning and although the covid restrictions are in place, and very well adhered to, which makes it feel a little formal, it was very relaxing and Joe and Rosie made me feel welcome and I'm very happy with my new hair  will be back there soon!

The best hair cut ever they talked about  my hair, not just a hair cut they made me feel confident, and I felt so relaxed and looked amazing  when I left thank you . Just had my first appointment at William Charles with Mehmet.  A wonderful experience from start to finish.  Friendly welcome with offer of drinks.  Great, complimentary massage plus several make up extras.  The most attentive haircut I have ever had.  Mehmet is charming and very professional - The cut is brilliant!!  Thank you Mehmet

I have been visiting William Charles for a few years now. Having tried lots of local salons in the past, William Charles is by far the best. The salon is comfortable and welcoming and Joe is always friendly and professional. I would recommend Joe 100%, he does a really good job every time!

Lovely friendly happy staff making a great "family" feeling atmosphere. All staff have excellent knowledge of hair care and aveda products. Appointments reccomeded but not always necessary as they often have spaces with stylists available.  Children's hair cuts are welcomed too. My 5y/o granddaughter loved her experience with Mehmet. I wouldnt trust any other salon with my families hair

Had a wonderful experience at the salon today. Joe gave me a complete restyle including a gorgeous new colour . Professional, perfect and feeling pampered!

Nothing too much trouble at this salon. Customers are a priority. Thank you Rona for colour and  foils. Love it!

Fabulous setting. Friendly staff natural products with a massage endless coffee. Found my perfect salon. Make over at the end was a delight!
