Charles Waters Campground

Great campsite and campground, we stopped here when our last site didn't work out and glad we did, plenty of room for our 42' trailer and gorgeous hikes and views. All are first-come spots and there were plenty open all the time (We stayed early July) Most of the pull thrus were taken by small cars and campers which would have fit fine in a back in but we found a nice pull thru that worked. We used our generator a few hours each day to charge some electronics and cool the trailer. Otherwise quite, pet friendly and the spots are far enough apart. Great campground for $10

Awesome place to camp, even for our 36' fifth wheel. Some pull throughs for the big rigs, some "down by the creek" sites for the tents. Nice sites, not on top of each other. Great hiking,quiet camping. No electric, water available.

Nice location, nice sites, quiet and nice trails. Stayed 3 days, not enough time to truly enjoy everything in the area.

There are lots of RV campsites and our tent campsite was nestled into the woods. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The camp hosts were welcoming and very pleasant. Everyone staying at the park was respectful: No loud music or parties. We could listen to the river all night from our tent

Really like this place. Feels open and light, but sites are rather private. Will be a good place to come back to.
