I goto this pharmacy all the time. The staff are nice and get things done quickly

Always super friendly and helpful. Never wait long for my prescriptions, and one they didn't have they ordered in the next day. Reliable pharmacy!

The owner is atrocious.. She is the most judgmental, unruly, ignorant, terrible human being I have had the unfortunate luck of crossing paths with. She consistently speaks to co-op students, or helpers there in the most aggressive and ratchet way. I have heard her call them stupid, ask what there problem is, are they too dumb to answer... This is with people in the pharmacy, and it's not big. One of the guys couldn't speak English very well, and just had his head down in shame the entire 3 minute tongue lashing. I felt so bad, and wanted to say something so much I was shaking. When I did she mocked me because I my hands were visibly shaking while I was speaking. She is judgemental towards you if you take a certain kind of medication. She lectures you on things that aren't even her business. I think she may think she's a doctor and can give you the gears, when she's there to dispense medicine safely and in a comfortable atmosphere. She lied about calling in refill orders and said they don't do it when I've done it several times before. If it wasn't the closest pharmacy to my house I would never go back... I've watched this behaviour for a little over a year, so it's not a one off. Thankfully, I only have to go for the next 6 weeks. The other 2 pharmacists are very pleasant, and professional, they also work the majority of the time,,, thank God. The check out girls are also very nice. I called and asked for her name and explained I was calling the Ontario Colleges of pharmacy and reporting the incidents I've witnessed and the unfair treatment she gives towards certain people. The nice pharmacist begged that I don't call and asked that she at least speak to her first, and said I've always been polite, patient and felt bad for the circumstances.. I feel bad because I told her I would wait, but I can't.. She needs to be reported... Unless it's a one time pick up, or you're in a pinch... I wouldn't step foot in there.

I come to this Pharmacy everyday and I would go nowhere else! The entire staff is very friendly! If you're new to the neighbourhood I 😀☝ recommend using this Pharmacy.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies in Toronto. I thought it would be convenient to have my prescription transferred from Sunnybrook to Charles Pharmacy, as it's quite close to my work. I went on my lunch break and waited 40 minutes before the pharmacist informed me that they didn't have my medication in stock. I'm now late for work waiting at a different pharmacy and they've had to explain to Sunnybrook why another transfer request has been made within a half hour. Terrible, terrible pharmacy.
