Attorney Charles Kurmay was recommended to me in December 2013 for his expertise in Conservator and Probate cases. I came to realize over our 3+ year association that “Chuck” was far from the typical 9 to 5 attorney; always willing to take the time to discuss my concerns and respond to my questions, during evening and weekend calls and emails. He also had to deal with the added task of working with local attorneys that I did not choose to represent me, instead opting to choose an attorney from outside my area of residence. This deliberate choice of mine was met with unprofessional situations by local lawyers that “Chuck” quickly addressed with diligence, integrity and perseverance in his highly professional manner. I believe it would be hard to find a more reliable or honest person to represent you in legal matters who goes the extra mile to address your concerns.

As a tooling company, we didn't foresee the need of the assistance of a probate attorney. However, after the passing of one of our partners, Attorney Kurmay led us through the probate system skillfully and successfully transferred our business domain name to the proper parties. Attorney Kurmay was knowledgeable, reassuring and thoroughly explained all aspects of the process. Without hesitation, we will certainly seek his advice with any matters that we may encounter in the future.

I got into a little trouble late last year and hired an attorney. My attorney said there was no way I could avoid jail time. I contacted Charles and he said "something is awry" and cited specific statutes. He suggested I hire another attorney which I did. After the case was adjudicated, the outcome was quite satisfactory with no jail time at all. If I had not consulted Charles, things may have been much worse.

Charles Kurmay is one of the best lawyers I have met. I needed his help on a issue and he was on top of it real quick. He took the time to understand what I wanted and did what I asked him for. He is still working on my issue for me and he is no where near stopping. I would definitely recommend people to work with him to get their case up and running and get the results they deserve.
