My experience here was awesome!! From beginning to end, staff was very pleasant, our server was the coolest lady ever! Very friendly, patient & informative. The food was GREAT! I tried duck for the first time, it was very delicious, fall off the bone tender & seasoned! The crab cakes were impeccable, I also had the dragon fruit lemonade which was very refreshing! Everyone enjoyed their their food & drinks, I’d definitely visit this place again! Thanks to the staff & chef Parking: Parking was easy, although it was under construction & crowded
Company Christmas party .....awesome service. The food was good but my prosciutto wrapped chicken breast was overcooked......but the rest of the dish was awesome. The steak came out beautifully medium with good garlic mashed. The 3 desserts offered were all homemade Vegetarian options: Our vegetarian option was butternut squash ravioli.
We came out for a nice date and it was exceptional service that night and the food was delicious and we definitely would like to come back. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with our ridiculous amount of questions, which we really appreciate and they attended us with calm and ease. Our table was set up beautiful and everything was divine. The only down fall was we came later on during the night and we understand it happens but the one item on the menu wasn't available because it had sold out. Other then that a great place to eat and have a great date in.
Got gift cards at Christmas for Charcoal Group so decided to pop in here for date night. Food was good, service was friendly. They sat us out on the patio which was surprisingly warmer than the rest of the indoor dining area. We ordered a couple drinks along with steak I had the Wagyu, pricey but delicious.
Parking and finding the entrance was a little odd but other then that the restaurant was great, once you go in you get a high class feel. The patio has mosquito repellents, food is has great taste but a little heavy on the salt. Service was good waitress was patient for newcomers
Good place to dine in. We loved the atmosphere and ambient and enjoyed delicious food too. I have ordered chicken and biscuits. Biscuits were perfectly done in butter and chicken was good too. On a side home style hashbrown potatoes which was amazing with flavors. My wife had Mediterranea omelet which was fluffy and nicely done.
Absolutely beautiful restaurant! Great ambiance and vibe to have a nice dinner date or group gathering. Love how the inside creates a great intimate atmosphere. Drinks are plenty and good! Food was very good as well. Cesar Salad is really really good - but didn’t not like the croutons. Cauliflower Wings not so much but the dipping sauces with it were tasty. Steak and Frites - 10/10! Cheese Bread, amazing, soft, yummy and just the right toasted: Chicken Lollis were perfect! Would definitely order these again. Steaks are really well made to your liking. Serving staff was attentive and friendly, Robin. Not a 5 Star experience due to a few minor hiccups; Utensils were dirty and when ask to replace, it was another dirty fork. Ordered an item Brussels Sprouts, was not received. Not all food items hit the spot, but would still highly recommend Charcoal Steak House to others!
This place never disappoints. The food is always tasty and the service is always quick and friendly. The steak's are great. You absolutely have to give the smoked pig tails a try. So many good dishes to choose from.
The food was all very good in my opinion, but it took an extremely long time to come out. We had to go up to a waiter to ask for water because we were left for 15 minutes without being asked for anything to drink. It's possible this service was a fluke, but that was our experienceFood: 4/5
I was craving a steak and this is the place to go if you want a premium meal. They were out of Rib Eye which is my favorite cut but the NY strip was very good. The petit beef Wellingtons are one of my favorite appetizers anywhere. Service was prompt and professional. A well run establishment that's been around a long time serving the community. Check them out!
