Charcoal Inn North

We picked this place out of our Road Food Book. Very happy with it. The one listed in the book was the south facility which is closed so we found the north location. It's a small little hole in the wall that was very good. The staff was friendly and prompt. I had the Cheese steak sandwich and onion rings. My husband had the best and kraut with coleslaw. We both enjoyed our food and it was very plentiful.

My absolute favorite burger in the world! You can’t duplicate the flavor of this burger with delicious brown mustard, hard roll, and butter! I love this place! Too bad they had to close the south side due to lack of help! This location has limited seating. Soups, tortes, breakfast all amazing.

Wow. Was recommended by a local. Did not disappoint . Exceeded expectations. Got a double brat sandwich with mustard and kraut. Excellent. Lasagna soup was amazing. Prices are low for the food quality. Service was fast and friendly. Can't beat this local gem. Even a Bucs fan from Tampa can enjoy. I did.

I Absolutely Loved Charcoal Inn!!! I've ate there for over 30 years, and had even worked there back in high school. Scott, the owner, decided to hang it up and retire finally though. Yesterday was it's last day. I'm going to miss it dearly!!!!!

The bacon was excellent! Everything was good. Glad I picked this place today because I've only eaten lunch there. That's great too!

The food is awesome, I have tried everthing but the fish, on occasion I have tasted a fishy taste in the fries, and broke out in hives. So becareful of the fishy taste. For you people who are allergic as well. Parking: Parking is horrible, especially for handicapped. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but the doors are tight, and no one Helps you get in.

Typical burger joint, food was good, need to get a credit card machine so they can cater to millenials!

Im addicted to the Amazing! chicken and dumpling soup!!! Its the best I've ever had in my life! after being sick with a cold I needed something hot and soothing for my body, the broth Is so clean and the veggies are so fresh!! Omg!! I go everyday!

Really good food. Basic greasy spoon menu, eggs and bacon, pancakes, burgers, brats soup, sandwiches. Staff was amazing! Parking kinda isn't the greatest, but not their problem. Recommend this place any day.

Best Breakfast in the COUNTY & it just so happens it's the most reasonably priced, as well! 2 eggs, good portion of perfectly cooked hash browns, 2 slices of buttered toast with real butter, and perfectly cooked sausage 4 links. You'd expect about $10 or so at most places, right? Not here! $6.50 Service is ALWAYS great plus the waitstaff & even the cook are friendly folks. Not to mention you'll regularly see the friendly owner topping off coffees, cooking, etc. If you just realized, this review was specifically breakfast oriented. I could continue to rave about their lunch and supper but you get the idea. Whether you're visiting the area or a Sheboyganite looking for a place to patronize Charcoal Inn SHOULD be near the top of your list!
