I have to say, I have been a customer for a bit here and the service is always so so. Well what happened to my buddy was brutal. They charged him for the customers that were already being served but still were looking for more alcohol. The staff didn't clear the original sale. He noticed that 80 plus bucks was a bit much for 2 bottles of 12 dollar wine later that evening. Went to the store the next day and the owner told him to talk to the manager. The manager said talk to the accountant and the accountant said to talk to the owner. A slight bit of a run around. In the end they did nothing and told him he was out the money. The manager (who was the actual salesperson, I was there), made a mistake as did my friend by not checking the invoice. Some sort of validation, with out the blatant run around, would have been nice. Not a fair place to deal with.

Prices are good, in some cases better than the provincial liquor store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have occasional wine, beer and liquor tastings at the store, and the purveyors are very professional and knowledgeable about their products.
