Worst experience of Grilled Chicken Tikka, we ordered chicken Tikka and chicken tikka has no taste at all, and it's not fully grilled, it's look like 60% grilled and blood is coming all over leg, upon enquiry the staff member said that it should be like that always. I will never come back again Reply to Owner: For your kind Information I don't need free food neither I requested for free food, I paid for your uncooked/raw grilled tikka and eat only 10% of that chicken tikka, and this is really blood I show to your staff member as well, and blood ratio is a lot. Look like you guys are very unprofessional even I can see in your response.
First off, the food was really tasty. We went in around 6pm on a Monday night. Upon arrival, no one else was dining but multiple tables were dirty and my sister wiped one down herself with a wet wipe from her bag. It started to get dark so she also turned on the dining room lights. When the food was served it was nice and hot but as someone who has worked in the food industry, I was a little off put by the yellow rubber dish gloves worn by the person serving the food. I'd rather have seen no gloves of food handler gloves. We were followed up with a few times to see if food was good and if we needed anything. All in all, the food was tasty, and probably would have rated a takeout experience a 5 but the dine in experience has room for improvement.
The place is horrible. The owner is very scammy. he increased our prices off the menu and didn’t give us the Reciept. The food quality is also very horrible and do not recommend anyone visiting here. 18 dollars for rice and beef equals to horrible food.
This place needs to be shut down. I cannot wrap my head around the rating this place has. To start off, the server was very unprofessional, took 45 minutes to serve a small order. Nuggets tasted like fried paper. And it seemed as if it was a 8 year olds first time making a chicken sandwich. This place does NOT represent Pakistani food whatsoever. Hope this place changes soon.
Menu visibility and inside decorations can be improved.Food: 4/5
I didn’t ate there as they were charging 15% for dine in. This wasn’t mentioned in their website or in price list. If prices are different for dine in and takeaway- this should be clearly indicated. I understand adding 15% gratuity when party is bigger than 6 or 8 as that will take server more time to serve.
Utterly dissapointed !! This place needs to be shut down immediately. After eating food my stomach get upset and while eating I feel something is not right as food doesn't looks fresh but I was hungry at that time. Note: food is very average especially rice with kabob.
This is great place to come for very good fresh made to order food. We went at lunch time and ordered the lunch special for $6.99 and were totally satisfied. Very impressive and unique offering. Boti chicken kabob, rice, 1 shami, salad, and chutney. Everything came out hot and fresh. Chicken was excellent quality, taste and portion was perfect! The shami patty was well seasoned and very tasty. I felt like I had everything I wanted on that lunch plate! The chutney was very good and was delicious on the kabob. For this area, I felt this is a great place to go for anytime of day. You wait a little bit as they make everything fresh to your order which means it’s going to be fantastic! Excellent quality food items, clean place, menu has nice variety of chicken, beef or lamb items and owner is super friendly and helpful with ordering. Definitely going back to try other items on their menu.
Horrible experience over all. No cleanliness at all, and sorry to say tasteless food. We ordered Chapli kabab.
The restaurant is small, but feels very family oriented. The service is not very good. It felt awkward talking to the waiter; he seems very shy. We ordered chicken nuggets for the kids and I would not recommend it. I couldn’t tell if they were falafel. They were very dry and bland and not something the kids would eat. We also ordered the chicken tikka kabob, the lamb chapli kabob, the zinger burger, and a beef burger, and the Bihari kabob wrap. Not the place to come if you are hungry. Food took well over 30 minutes to come out. The food was not good, I’m very surprised about the ratings here. The food was incredibly dry, especially the chicken. The yellow rice was flavorless not sure why it was colored. The beef burger was typical and that was enjoyable. I would not recommend this place, unfortunately. They also added 15% gratuity automatically.
