I was a really wonderful experience today! Not too many people so we felt pretty safe and that means so much. The staff were all amazing but one fella in particular by the name of Jean went well above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Jean!
You can shop online and pick-up your purchase at the store, but currently you can't go inside the store. A staff member will bring it to your car. Very convenient.
They have great deals and a great assortment of items to buy so I would love to give them a great rating but I had to scale back as the service was unappealing. The cashier didn't acknowledge us and seemed to have very low morale. The lineup was crazy and took a long time to get through.
Quick and easy curbside pickup. Returns deadlines will be extended so Phew!
It's quite big so you've got a lot of options for fiction and non-fiction books, and I also like their selection of notebooks! The staff was super kind too:
Loves those books. Friendly and very helpful. U can get other stuff then books ... go check it out ... there also a Starbucks located inside.
Service was great and coffee made in a timely manner; however, no seating available when dining-in is still an option.
