Chapters

Very disappointed that Chapters has decided to get rid of their Pregnancy section of the store. There are no other major bookstores in Canada, thus leaving no alternative other than Amazon or other online booksellers. Went to Langley Chapters to pick up a book that, online, said the store had 4 copies of. However, when I got to the store, it has undergone renovations. I had to ask an employee where their Pregnancy section has been moved to, which is when I was informed they no longer carry any books associated with this topic. And even though their systems still showed there were still 4 copies of the book I was looking for, they actually didn't have it available anymore. Chapters would do well to update their online systems so it coordinates properly with their stores, so that customers do not waste their time going to a store that no longer carries what it says they carry online. Ended up ordering the book from Amazon, where it was also cheaper. Go figure.

I really enjoy spending time at Chapters. I'm a book nerd.....I love the feel of turning paper pages. This visit I took my time and wandered around the store taking all the retail in...need a mug or a wallet or a small home decor then I suggest shopping here. Oh ya they also have the "RedWall" section where you can get books dirt cheap.

It's an incredible store. So many beautiful things from books to stationary to handicrafts and a lot more. Logger visiting this place.

They have a large selection of good reads and I haven't wanted a book that they didn't have. The prices on some things, such as board games and Lego, are much too expensive but the variety makes up for this. The adjoined Starbucks is quite nice as well. :)

Love it so much. Thays probably just because im a book nerd. Good parking, it has a little Starbucks right inside. Staff is attentive but there are computer stations you can use to look up where or of the book you want is in store. Their novelties/journals section is my favorite area.
