Wow I really like how clean and organized it is here. Everything makes me want to buy it. But the customer service needs improvement because nobody greeted us or even smiled. Nobody asked if we needed any help until before they were closing then came to ask if we needed help because they will be closed soon. Would be nice if they pay more attention and be friendlier to the customers. Connect to Starbucks, I like it

I was trying not let this get to me but unfortunately it has. I did an online order for this book and when I went to pick it up it was in this condition. I didn't have time to stick around and talk to an employee about this, but at the same time the employee who handed me this book never offered a replacement or refund me at discounted price. I will not be doing any online order. I'm sure if a customer saw this on the shelves they would have said something to an employee so no customer would get it in the condition I got in.nnI have changed my one star to a five star because the manager had reached out to me and offered me a replacement book. Rachel was very pleasant, kind and apologetic for what the staff member gave me. Rachel keep up the amazing work as the store manager and I will be going back personally to be buying books from you.

This is our go to store for books and stationery and has been for some time. Always great service and always with a smile but today I have to give a special shout out to Faith. I was in yesterday and saw something I wanted for a stocking stuffer but I was in a hurry so I came back today and, you guessed it - gone. Faith knew exactly what I was looking for though, knew it was in the back and went to find it for me. She even brought out more stock to fill the vacant spot! I work retail myself and I call out great service when I see it. Thanks again Faith - and to all the lovely people at Indigo - please keep up the great work. It is so refreshing.

When I was a child, I would go to Chapters and experience the homey welcome of the warm wood shelves and floor. The staff was friendly and out-going. An excited walk to the back of the store to enter the fairy tale castle children's section was everything a little reader could hope for. There were pillows and chairs and tables to further encourage a love of reading.nI don't get any of this experience in the new, modern, bright-light decor of Indigo. They do set up their books in both streamlined and imaginative ways. I just find myself wishing for a more comfy and personable bookstore.
