Chapters

Always an enjoyable experience going to Chapters! Visited during the Victoria Day long weekend. It was not packed considering the time that we went ~4pm. Spent most of the time in the IndigoKids section and were successful in what we were looking for. Will come again!

Great store, very clean, helpful staff and we sure will go back. Starbucks is connected also but very busy in there. Like how it's sectioned out so it easy for you to find what u are looking for.

Love coming here. It’s always organized. But the customer service definitely needs improvement. It felt like the employees thought I was going to steal, had someone follow me around, and when I was checking out the cashier went in his mic that was in his shirt and confirmed I paid via gift card…. He said that as I was standing right there

Indigo is always a great place to browse. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a solid selection of books, gifts, and stationery. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere makes it easy to take your time and explore.

Wow I really like how clean and organized it is here. Everything makes me want to buy it. But the customer service needs improvement because nobody greeted us or even smiled. Nobody asked if we needed any help until before they were closing then came to ask if we needed help because they will be closed soon. Would be nice if they pay more attention and be friendlier to the customers. Connect to Starbucks, I like it
