Who doesn't love Chapters? Well, I'm sure some people don't but I typically enjoy a visit to Chapters. This is a nice, large Chapters with a solid selection of books and gift options. It's well organized and I imagine the staff is decent but I don't think I've ever had to talk with them.

The staff were very helpful and caring considering the books I was looking for after experiencing a significant loss in my life. They provided suggestions that I hadn't even thought of and also offered their condolences. The prices are competitive with other book stores and Amazon in most cases in my experience.

My go-to book store. Found a few books I was looking to buy for ten dollars! Would recommend this chapters, they’re no short of staff and they’re all really cheery and helpful. Even when I call and ask them to look for something through the phone. I love going here!

This is a nice, clean and very big store. I am a huge fan of Chapters! The staff are helpful and I often use the computer kiosks for searching different books I'm interested in. The store is well organized and always full on new items and goodies!

I went there for a book and was told to come back next day as it my not be shelved yet. I returned next day system still says they have them but none on shelf. She looked around and told me to try in a fee days but another associate over heard and stopped us. Apparently they have always been sitting in a different section. I suggested that they stock in both areas to avoid people having to come in multiple times looking for the book. I live out of the city so even more of an inconvinous for me. They need a better systwm.
