Saturday afternoon, long line and only one cashier available. One customer left after seeing the wait. You really need to improve your service.
There's no better marriage when it comes to stores combining a Coffee shop and a book store. I came to Indigo to check out the Good Earth coffehouse for a lunch break, service was quick, the barista was very respectful and food was delicious. After I ate I decided to browse around Indigo, I found a book I've been wanting to get but the only version they had available wasn't the one I was looking for. However that didn't ruin my experience, I purchased the novel and after some second thoughts I looked online to find the one I was looking for and I managed to find it. When I went up to the till to return my book the exchange was easy, the employees were very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. If you want some java and to fire those synapses with a good read, this Indigo and it's neighbor is the place for you!
The bookshelves and decor is so dated but I hope they don't close down. I love hanging out at bookstores. I think this one had a Good Earth coffee attached which is way better than Starbucks. The staff were so helpful when you could find them. It was extra busy because everyone was doing pre- holiday shopping.
The store is so clean and bright. It is well-organized with steady traffic, but still quite tranquil.nnThere are some deals to be had if you look around. Otherwise, you have a huge variety of books to enjoy!
