Great location love that it had a Starbucks and a good selection of different book categories. Staff are sometimes over friendly and the store layout could use some work other than that great store.

Nicely set up location... In a vibrant area of Sherwood Park. Unfortunately, one can hardly find a Conservative Read in the Biography Section. The entire aisle is 90% centered around Leftist, Socialist and Liberal figures of yesterday and today. Very disappointing.

It's obvious that the staff at Chapters Sherwood Park Mall all love to read, and love helping readers to find the right book. Excellent service every time!

Not to sound like a meme but: "I don't often visit a bookstore, but when I do, it's Chapters." They 99% of the time have the book I am looking for and at a reasonable price. The location is kept neat and tidy without too much clutter in the rows so it is easy to move around and find what you are looking for in the store.

They sell books, the staff are mostly young but the management is awesome.
