Love this place. A great place to spend some time in. You can grab a coffee and browse many books, look up magazines. Good gift shop, but a bit pricey. Always busy, weekday or weekend. You feel the energy any time you walk in.

This Chapters is great. My friend who uses a cane was short on time. We had to ask for assistance in finding 2 books. We were immediately assisted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was very impressed with the staff at this store. Unfortunately we didn't have any time to browse. I will be returning soon.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great selection and no long wait when checking out. Definitely will be back again and would recommend this location to others

A bookstore outside a movie theatre. the Starbucks is good. My dislike is the toy store inside the bookstore. 4/5 kids that enter this place persuade their soft parents into buying them a toy 10 minutes following the movie

It provides such a warm atmosphere! There is so many amazing items and always tidy! It is nice to be able to grab a drink at the Starbucks located inside the Chapters and look around at all of the amazing deals.
