The product and staff are perfect! Merchandising has improved and gotten better for displaying products. Staff is super friendly and ready to help. I think if there was to be any improvement it would just be on the staff level. They work hard and are ready to jump in and help, however most are so busy helping other customers that sometimes you need to wait a while before being helped. An idea might be if there was an additional checkout/help desk. Thank-you for the service you provide! Keep up the good work.

Mostly I shop Indigo online which cannot be beat and I highly recommend. Stopped into this outlet recently and was extremely impressed with one staff member. Kudos to the young woman whom helped me shop for frames. Your knowledge and insight was refreshing.

Love this place.. the sad thing is the growing amount of junk and trinkets they have to sell to keep the business going, which is a shame. Gone are the old days of getting a coffee, finding a chair somewhere in the back and sitting down to cruise through a few books. Lots to love here still though.. the smell of the store is great, lots of parking, and something for everyone. There's something very pleasing about the physical sensation of reading a book that an ereader will never be able to duplicate.

A really nice book store with a ton of great titles. Hopefully it can stick around even though Amazon makes it so easy to but bonds online

Great service. Had an employee ask if I needed help and helped me find the item I was searching for. Store was clean and well monitored even though it was very busy. Line was super quick and ladies at the checkout were very friendly.
