Love it! Kid friendly. Great homemade food. Clean place. Fantastic wait staff. We go there often and always have a great time. Bar has taps (not common out here)! Owners like to try new things, really pay attention to their customers.

Came here from Winnipeg a few day ago for about a week. While staying at Chaparral Inn I enquired of a nice family restaurant serving fresh, great eating food. This...Chaparral Restaurant and Lounge was highly recommended. I had a fresh, perfectly prepared breakfast of ham & eggs, toast, cubed potatoes and coffee. Well, I was not disappointed, it was an EXCELLENT breakfast. I tried their New York steak dinner later that evening, and too that was a delicious meal! Customer service from Heather and Jamie was superb!! I highly recommend eating meals at this restaurant, like me, you won't be disappointed.

Since previously owning this Restaurant with my now ex girlfriend I didn't see it appropriate to post a review but since Heather is now running it on her own I figure I can make my input public. Since I was young and through previous owners I have eaten here and it is always really good. I currently eat here daily when I can and weekly at least. The food is still delicious, and with the staff of two they manage to get food out timely with good presentation and a friendly attitude. Heather serves, cooks and bartends at night in order to stay afloat otherwise I am sure she would like some help but still the food and service are very good. Heather is always happy and friendly although sometimes not timely but if she is having trouble opening on time she trys to let people know with a Facebook post. All in all I am always happy with the food, service, and atmosphere in this reataurant.

Went to this restaurant with high expectations but was then disappointed when I found a hair in my food that was not mine it was actually Gray. This restaurant has some of the rudest management that there ever could be. The server I had at Chaparrel Resturant was so disrespectful and the owner of the resturant stunk like tuna fish very disappointed I do not recommend this restaurant for anybody
