If you've ever seen "Shaun of the Dead", you'll understand me when I say- it's what I think of when I picture our local version of the Winchester. You get all walks of life and no pomp and circus. The drinks are stiff- the food is reliably the same every time. If you want to socialize, people will talk to you. If you want to be left alone, people will leave you to it! If you've had a rough go and you need to take that out on the bartender by telling him his eggs aren't to your par that day- you might hear some choice words back. Usually sports are playing on tv but music is too and it's a great place too. If you're a bit introverted and like the idea of being around other people but without the pressure that comes along with that- this is your place too! They have a ton of pull tab options and a pool table. I really love their chicken fried steaks!! Biggest around. They will cook a true sunny side up egg though- so if you aren't into a bit of goo, then make sure to order over easy instead. At night, I am crazy for their cordon blue bites. They are a fantasy in a fried ball form that pops cheese sauce in your mouth. Their wings are great too. My husband loves the fried gizzards, but I let him eat them on his own!! Portions are big all around. Service is extended family style- which I think works to their credit. Do you at the channel marker.
I am a huge seafood lover and we just happened upon this little pub & grill. It was fantastic! The seafood was outstanding , drinks, and service. Definitely recommend a stop. Patio is also available.
I really like this bar! It has a nice amount of TVs to watch sports. They also offer soccer, football, basketball, and baseball here on the TV. They have two pool tables as well and a nice bar set up. They have a front room and a back room as well. The pool table though takes quarters. That is the only problem, it is kind of expensive. It is a dollar to play pool and there pool tables are not in the best condition. They have some pretty good cue's though. The bartender is really nice and the service is pretty fast. They have a lot of different pull tabs here and they are really fun to play!!
We've always had an appreciation for neighborhood pub and a great special! First time here, and both tried the Saturday prime rib dinner. A nice portion of decently prepared meat, a loaded baked potato and salad too. For $17, that's a deal! The place was welcoming, our server was super friendly and food was served quickly. We both thought the menu had several things we'd like to try. We'll be back!

Great beers on tap with a great environment. Their clam chowder is pretty good!
Love this place. Decent food, staff are friendly and on point. Multiple choices for sports viewing. Not a drinker and still look forward to the Channel Marker.
We overloaded this place with more than 100 of our closest Familia, and the staff didn't complain, kept the food and drinks coming, and treated us very well. We appreciate them!
What can I say you can tell a place by how clean the bathrooms are and yikes I would never eat here. I was supposed to meet someone there for drinks but not after the way the bathrooms are keep. Gross
Down home surprisingly inexpensive bar with plenty of TVs and camaraderie. The food is great so what's not to like?
