I'm not a boat person but buy rope here and rope tools. I have always found the staff very helpful and accommodating. So glad I found this little niche store in Ottawa.
Small shop with a significant online presence and quick turnaround for curbside pickup. When questioned, the knowledgeable staff have had options to solve every challenge I have brought to them. And the prices really are competitive in keeping with their policy of not being undersold.
Highly recommended. My order was in my hands in no time, great prices and excellent customer service. Will be dealing with again!
