This was our second time working with Julie from the Chan Group! She helped us purchase our first home in 2017 and it was such a great experience that we knew we wanted to work with her again as we looked to purchase our second home since our family had grown and needed more space! She is truly such a wonderful agent to work with. During our home search, she provided a lot of helpful support and information especially info relating to the current market, she was quick to book showings and work around our schedules, she was so encouraging during moments when I was feeling discouraged, she was available whenever I had questions, and she did a fabulous job negotiating for us as we secured our new home! It’s been great working with her again. Nothing but positive things to say about Julie!

We had the pleasure of working with Nate and the Chan Group in selling and purchasing our house. I cannot recommend Nate enough! He is analytical and truly understands the trends of todays real estate market therefore he is able to provide you with sound advice. His whole team went above and beyond in selling our home. In fact there were a few other homes in our area that were up for sale at the same time as ours which made me a bit nervous. However we were able to sell our house within THREE DAYS of being in the market and I really believe it is because of the hard work Nate put in. Nate was quick to respond to all my inquiries and requests. He was able to work around our schedule when it came  to viewing properties and provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. I wish I could say I’d be using Nate and his team again soon but he found us a beautiful home which we do not plan on leaving for a long long time. Hahah. Thank you Nate!!!
