My first time visiting this plaza. It is quite busy on a weekday afternoon.Not busy to the point to create parking problems. The sign on 54th Ave was not comprehensive. I want to buy fresh flower bouquet but not sure if Kin's Farm sell fresh flowers. Upon a little stroll, I find Independent grocery and am able to buy some flowers.nThe little food court there looks wonderful with variety of foods.
Your local library. A bit secluded but very functional. The staff are friendly. Free Wifi and you can print and scan your documents for cheap.
This plaza has all the right shops and services for all the locals. Very busy place during the day. Only downside is the parking layout is not that great.
The have a good branch of the Vancouver public library, a dollar store, grocery store, bakery, ceasear pizza, starbucks, a&w, super market,nLaundry, gas station.
Newly discovered interesting and neat looking Square stone throw from 49th Ave East.nWas there on February 9, 2024 and learned that owner of Kin's farm market doesn't allow shopping cart inside. There is no sign or warning at the entrance.nnBeing an old senior, can't do away without it 'cause can't load anything on hand and my cart is loaded with my personal things like my purse, umbrella, and raincoat. Not safe at all outside. In other words, got to take it with me wherever I go.nThe male owner told me on my face arrogantly.nWell, he lost a good customer, and God knows who I am the reason why I ignored him like a piece garbage.
