Very unprofessional!!! Rude and uneducated receptionist, she had problems with understanding or interpreting normal conversations...just made things worse and continued to argue without listening. This lady will just ruin the name of the clinic... I will NEVER refer anyone to this clinic as long as this lady is here...

Rude receptionist , this clinic should look for a better receptionist if they want any patients . The old brown lady that works upfront is very unprofessional , and has trouble interpreting normal conversations . I was reffered by my doctor for a massage but she insisted that it was a "physiotherapy" she was very unclear when I talked to her on the phone , and when I came in person . instead of trying to fix my problem about schedule while I was there , she just made it worse and continued to argue . I didn't even hesitate , I just left . I will never return again .
