Not a bad price, but the maintenance man is terrible and creepy. Stay away from him. The apartments are small, but still one of the better price deals in Burlington, still not worth it though for the maintenance man. It took them over a month to change screens that squirrels had destroyed during the winter. This was in June with 80 degree buggy weather. No opening the windows for us.
