I would never ever recommend this dealership. The lack of transparency, and respect to a potential client is very disturbing. I even wrote to the Owner and Director 4 weeks ago and still no reply to my complaint.No empathy, no respect and total lack of professionalism. BE WARE potential buyers of this dealership...

Very warm and pleasent atmosphere. Looking for a new car, a 4x4, a Caravan, thats the place to go, good deals on winter tires also.

Inadequate technical service. I've recently went to do complete check up of the car. I've learned for example that 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan has a transfer case!?!? (it's marked to be in good condition - refer to attached images). Another thing, they simply chose not to evaluate the condition of the spare wheel or the thread depth of the tires (no check-marks whatsoever next to correspondent fields - refer to attached images). But obviously to make me feel good they've topped off my windshield washer fluid... with water!?!? In the middle of January!?!? Thanks guys - that have definitely made me feel good when on my way home my windshield was all frozen... same thing the next day, and next one also... I'll probably need to drain that stuff out of my system and replace the windshield fluid pumps altogether... In the midst of all this the real reason for the visit to this garage was neither diagnosed nor resolved. My advise - stay away from this garage!

Service is Ok until actual issues start popping up all over their terrible cars and that's when the lying starts. According to them it is normal for a 1 year old car to consume one litre of synthetic oil per month and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. They will spam your house like there is no tomorrow, no matter how many times you call and tell them you sold said car and you are absolutely not interested in ever buying Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep ever again.
