My experience was overall good at this store when I went looking for a wedding dress. Their selection is great, even for plus size in figure-hugging silhouettes. However, my consultant was a little weird at the end of the appointment and wouldn’t write down any information about the dresses I had tried on (e.g. designer, style, price, etc). I later called to ask about the price of one of the gowns I tried on but it was hard to know which one since I didn’t know the designer or style number. They allow photos to be taken, though, so I sort of figured out most of the dress styles by browsing designer websites. It was annoying, though, I would have really liked to know what the dresses and prices were.

Amazing. The consultants are so friendly, they take time to listen to what you actually invision. They don't rush you. I was nervous because of previous stores but they calmed my nerves and made me excited. They have a huge selction for any price point.Highly recommend.

This is my first time dealing with this company and I will NEVER use them again! The dresses we ordered don't look, or fit, anything like the sample. The difference is actually comical. 

Both myself, and the bride have made multiple calls and attempts to try and sort this out but we have been met with nothing but rudeness and "we'll get back to you" comments. 

After looking into the issue a bit ourselves, we discovered that the dress maker had actually gone bankrupt shortly before, or just after, we ordered the dresses, and is no longer hand-making, or filling orders. 

This is obviously something the company would have been made aware of but was never passed on to us. We paid $300.00 for dresses that will now need another $100.00 in alterations in order to look decent. We are now far too close to the wedding to order new dresses, leaving us completely frustrated. 

This company is sneaky and seems to want no part in sorting this issue out. I would highly recommend trusting your special day to a much more professional group of people.

I used to work in bridal and I can honestly say this is the best experience I've had at a bridal salon. My consultant (which I think was the store manager) was amazing, helpful and made me feel beautiful. We had come from another store that suggested a dress way outside my budget and ended up finding something from the same designer but even better and in my price range. The whole staff were polite and made me feel special. Thank you again!

I went with my friend and her bridal party to this store because it was the only local place that carried a specific dress. They did not keep the bridesmaid dress in stock so they measured my friend and ordered the dress. The sales girl was probably trying to be friendly but she continuously repeated negative comments about my friend's body while trying to squeeze her into random little dresses. 

Picking up the dress was a whole other problem. The dress they ordered is 4 sizes bigger then it should have been. The wedding is way too soon to be able to order in the right size that should have been done the first time. It appears to me this company purposely orders bigger dresses so they can gouge you for the alterations. The alterations should be free when they clearly made such an absolute error. I would be incredibly embarrassed doing this to women who already have so much on their plate. They have been nothing but rude since they got their money.
