Came here with my family and ate a very good meal. The mozzarella sticks and cheese bites are extremely good but the thing that takes the cake would be the pulled pork poutine. The restaurant is very clean and Beautiful with lots of friendly staff. Extremely happy 10/10. Kid-friendliness: Staff are very friendly and nice.
A great place for a meal stop. Had the Banquet Burger, Champ with Cheese, Crispy Chicken Poutine and milkshakes. Burger was juicy, fresh buns and nice balance of toppings. I just wish there was some hot sauce. Poutine was good, like the grave and cheese but the fries could do a more crispiness. Staff are nice and friendly. Will definitely come back again. This is a great stop before heading up north. Kids will love also the pizza vending machine.
Champ or super burger? I tried plain cheese burgers at both and each one is good! Neither seems to use hand pressed patties at least for the champ burger version Champ seemed to use better cheese. Super had higher quality bun with more charbroil taste. You will not be disappointed with either!
Meh....kinda disappointed....2 burgers fries onion rings pop and a milkshake cost $50....was really expecting a great burger for that price but it had an odd texture to it. Fries are just frozen fries but cooked perfectly. Milkshake was good even though it looked like it wasn't mixed properly.Food: 3/5
Great vegan burger, the bun was delicious and the onion rings were the perfect amount of crispy. Great option for lunch or diner when you’re on the road!
The first time I went to Champ Burger was two summers ago and for some reason, I thought the burgers and fries tasted amazing. Maybe it was because I ate after a long day of climbing outdoors so, I devoured the whole meal. However, after a visit last weekend, the quality of the food changed. The cheese curds on the poutine didn’t melt, it was still cold, like right out of the fridge type of texture. The kid burger also wasn’t that great. The patty was just awful and dry. Only giving three stars for the cleanliness of the store and the friendly staff but the food was pretty bad.
I was surprised to see number of options they had! They have amazing burgers with vegan options too. Their organic burger is a must a try! It's super delicious. My personal favorite were their chicken sandwiches grilled and fried. Unfortunately they didn't have the milkshake on my visit but it's one of the recommended place to halt for.
Burger and fries were both amazing. Spot is on the corner, ample of parking, patio sitting and accessible for wheelchair.
I've been going here for about as long as I can remember. The food is good, the service is pretty good. We got 3 banquet burgers 4oz, 3 drinks and one large fry. The total came to just over $60. The food was good, I can't deny that. To be honestly, I think the price was a little higher then I would have expected for 3 burgers, which is my 1 star ding, otherwise 5 stars.
A friend referred us to Champ Burger so we decided to go there yesterday. We ordered the prime rib burgers, I had the 6 oz and my husband the 12 oz. First thing that surprised us was the cost of $54.00 for two burgers, 2 fries and 2 soft drinks. Second thing that was disappointing was that they cooked up frozen Pattie’s and my husband was expecting a big juicy burger but he got 2 -6oz Pattie’s in his burger. If you’re going to charge that amount of money, make a juicy 12 oz patty, don’t bring out the frozen Pattie’s. The fries were good but this place is not worth the money.
