this was my first time with the champis very bad experience waiting for 40 minutes to get a gold wash for $35.84 but the services are very poor they didn't clean interior , the vaccume is very bad didn't clean the dirt off the leather seats.floor mats are even dirty now they leave them wrt inside the car. they even scratched the window of the car. never ever going back to them and will advice my friendsand coworkers to do the same. if this is gold what were we expecting in silver and bronz

I've been here several times and I have had mostly good experiences. There were a couple times where my rear window and panel were not cleaned in my car. Otherwise, the other times were fine.  Today, I got an engine detail for the first time, which includes the gold wash. They did a pretty good job! No complaints there.  For a quick full-serve wash, I recommend Chamios. Let me tell you the huge lineup at times are nuts, but if you have the patience, good on you! To me, it just goes to show how reputable this place is.  Enjoy your clean vehicle!!!

Employees washing cars are good and courteous. Service was really good last couple of years, but on my last visit, not too impressed. I understand that they're busy and all but they have to pay more attention to detail and a little more careful when wiping dashes and exterior. Maybe they're new hires that needs more training or something.

I have had 1 good wash out of the last 3.   Seems to be the average.    Its slow, and yet the dust on my radio and steering column gets missed?   My windows are all streaky?   All that for 30 bucks.   My company wants us to take them every 15 days to keep our vehicles nice and clean.  But I really should just do it myself.

Went for the first time as I had a free wash from the dealer. Paid extra to upgrade it to interior as well. Really bad job was done. Interiors were still dirty. Price charged is too steep for the bad service provided. Don't know why people use them. Will never go back again as it is a waste of time and money.Services:&nbsp;Car waxing

Visited last Wednesday with a silver service coupon.  Vehicle came out with ice still visible between side step and body of truck, the area underneath my rear license plate was still sandy/dirty.  Watched the attendant briefly wipe area, only moved the dirt further.  I pointed out the ice still attached to truck, the attendant kicked the side step to try to dislodge, and was assured I would leave happy by a friendly attendant.  Took truck to another area to remedy.  Ice was gone.  Got into truck and noticed middle front seat not cleaned, nor the cup holder and tray on the other side of this same seat.  Front passenger right hand side plate by feet was not done and the hardware at the front of same seat still dirty.    Since I had no further time that day as I had an appointment, I had no recourse but to call and explain the situation.  I was offered a gold service redo.  Again, there was ice still hanging from the side step, it hadn't been wiped, and there was muddy footprints on them from staff getting in and out of the vehicle.  After mentioning what I noticed, again a staff member kicked my side rail, wiped it and told me to drive my own vehicle to exit the building.  Once outside, I did a walk around and also discovered the middle of my tailgate was still dirty as well.  Very disappointed and would recommend doing yourself.

Got the full meal deal here with upholstery cleaning. Was surprised how well they did with the vehicle and particularly the upholstery. It was very dirty and came out looking brand new. Very pleased with the quality of service.Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

Pls tell all customers not go there yesterday I car wash but not properly wash there waste of money not go there I show u photo not clean inside not proper vacuum pls not go there I give rating 0

So basically you pay $30+ dollars for the most low effort service you can get for interior and exterior cleaning. Dog fur was not cleaned, dirt on the dash board not cleaned, and chairs were still dirty. Don’t waste your time here, felt like such a scam.

I have owned 3 vehicles in the past 11 years and I have had all 3 of my vehicles cleaned and detailed at the Chamois on ST. James street.
