I recently bought a Mazda CX-5 from Chambly Mazda and had an excellent experience. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, making sure all of my requests regarding preparation and delivery were taken care of. They were also flexible during price negotiations, which I really appreciated.nnWhat stood out most was how they went the extra mile with the intra-province registration process. They even provided me with a cheque in advance to cover Ontario taxes, which made everything seamless.nnOverall, the service was outstanding, and I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Chambly Mazda to anyone looking for a professional and customer-focused dealership.
I visited the dealership on a Saturday not too long ago without an appointment to view a used car. We were pleasantly greeted by Etienne and he was a great salesman and really made things work for me. He took note of any issues or worries we had about the vehicle and ensured the rust would be removed and repaired, added in winter tires and have a light with condensation replaced at no additional cost. Unfortunately on my end I was able to go through with the sale but Etienne followed up to see if anything else can be done whether it was lowering the price, adding in summer tires of the size for that car. He offered to keep me posted about vehicles in my price range. This is exactly how every car salesperson should be and I’m very glad I got served by Etienne!

I am so grateful to have the Mazda Dealer in Chamby. They have the greatest staff ever! Very professional and extremely helpful. The salesman and I looked at different ways to achieve a contract that would fit my budget & The Communication with all staff members throughout every experience that I have had with them was excellent. I never felt pressured. This also goes for the first car bought at this dealership. The most beautiful part of both experiences is that everyone congratulates you at the same time as you leave with your new car.nThey are always available for any questions.nnI love Mazda!
