Chalet Le Monarque

On the whole, it's definitely a cool place for a bachelor party / group getaway as it offers a quasi resort feel with its interior pool, tennis courts, large deck and Arcade. It's very spacious and sleeps a lot of people comfortably. It cost us each around 125$ for the entire weekend, which is very reasonable considering all of the amenities that come with it. The layout of the building seems a little all over the place though, which had us wondering what its original purpose was. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that certain parts of the basement level were left pretty rough and unfinished, which clashed with the modern rooms that clearly have been renovated fairly recently. To a degree I felt that this dampened the aura of refinement of the place a little and would be worth fixing up. However, for any group looking to organize a good weekend ripper this place does the trick.

This chalet is an excellent place for large gatherings! The outdoor facilities are great. On the other hand, the neighbors' houses are very close... you have to be careful. It can’t be easy to have travelers right next door every weekend! One of the 2 rooms we had was not very comfortable, the others are probably better. Electrical installations are scary; wires hang in the air. The extra mattresses that are available are disgusting, I wouldn't count on them. Otherwise, the kitchen offers everything needed and there is space. The place was also very clean when we arrived.

We celebrated our wedding in this beautiful and very spacious chalet. We were 20 people, and still had plenty of places. Very nice family place, clean and entertaining. We had a sauna, swimming in a super heated pool, playing ping pong, arcade machines and lots of other stuff. I would have happily stayed there for several more days I very highly recommend this chalet, if your intention is to have a place for pleasure and gathering Thank you to Mr. Marc the owner, for his great kindness :
