Wonderful Norwegian shop! Laura and staff make everyone feel so welcome! Have since moved to Arizona, but will still shop at Chalet in the Woods when needs arise!

Small and out of the way, but well worth the visit. Tons of gifts from Scandinavian countries, friendly people, charming store.

Not what we thought it would be. Not good for families. Very expensive and a lot of fragile items. We did not see the sheep.

I remember going to Chalet in the Woods as a kid and thought it was magic. And now, as I have a two year old boy, it is fun experience the magic through his eyes. He and I like the sheep, cats, outdoor record player and lights in the trees. My wife loves all of that too, but the sweaters have a special place in her heart. Anyway, if you haven't been to CitW yet, check it out. It's worth the drive.
