Chako

Went here quite late and about 1 hour before they close but was surprise at the quality of the beef and service. We had great service and the beef was very tender. We enjoy the side dishes with the beef ribs and over order during last call and end up with 3 dishes of meat left so we offer to pay extra but was refuse by the manager. Very sweet gesture and the ice cream was quite nice at the end. Overall was a good night mainly cause the service was very good and we find the meat quality to be quite good.

Visited the Vaughan location for a second time. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. Service has improved since our first visit but there is still room for improvement. Like bringing out the tofu, reddish and other side dishes first like other locations. But once we got rolling everything went smoothly. Food has been consistently good. Staff was friendly and helpful and we see things are progressing for the better. We will definitely be back to visit the same location.

The decor and atmosphere was nice. However I wouldn't go back because of the time limit on seating. For such a nice place and high end prices, the time limit is a complete turn off. The minute you walk in, the host let's you know that you have 90 minutes for the table! It completely ruined my experience, I was conscious about how much time we had left to cook our food. The grill alone takes like a good 10 minutes to warm up and if you take into consideration how long they take to serve you, it makes the whole experience very stressful. I really don't recommend this place for families or large groups, you have to rush through your meal and to top it all off they never bring you the correct items that you mark down on the sheets. Parking: Located at a plaza so there's lots of parking available.

Food was delicious. Atmosphere was really nice, the place itself was beautiful!! The service was good, but I feel like a lot of things were forgotten or very late after they brought some of it. This could definitely be because we had a decent sized party, so no fault to the wait team. Will say though, it was very expensive for a bill for 4 people. TONS of food though, but still pretty pricy..

This place had amazing chicken!!! Usually at places like this we tend to stay away from the chicken as they're boring, but this was completely different. Their marination was so delicious that we asked for a little bit of it on the side to marinate shrimp it caught them off guard but they accommodated us!. Overall, great food and excellent service.

Limited menu but tasted good. What was annoying was we only got to choose 1 scoop of ice cream. You can't mix and match like other AYCE. Overall, a good experience.Food: 4/5

Great service, food and environment. Staff is very kind, helpful and eager to help with our requests. Even went above and beyond with the birthday cake we asked for help. Definitely the best Chako's I've been thus far!

Way to expensive for the 5 choice your get. They don't even serve alcohol to help with the disappointment of the food. I had 3 pieces of meat left. They told me if I didn't eat it they would charge me an additional $10 dollars. Before you come for me, we only ordered 1 round. There was 2 of us! The marinade on the meat was very salty. Don't get the short ribs. It was more than just short in size it was short in taste and meat as well. Extremely fatty. At $40.00 a person, I guess to expect decent food was a far fetched dream. Didn't even take a pic. Don't waste your money and time. Not worth it!

Very slow service. Took half an hour for them to even give our raw dishes. First time in this location, but the one in Mississauga is very fast and way bigger. There was this one older lady who had an attitude and was being outright disrespectful. Horrible server, learn some manners. The younger servers are very nice and friendly at least. Would I come back? Never, unless I absolutely have to. I'd rather go to the Mississauga location, where I've never had issues.

Meal was very expensive considering no alcohol and amount of food. But, it was delicious and a great atmosphere. Good service.Food: 5/5
