I was just here watching a kid on an e-bike do wheelies. There's a tiny little tourist oriented train station across the parking lot to go somewhere through town I believe. One of the few areas in town I could find that didn't have meandering homeless.
Found way to much drug users around building after purchasing what we came for went for a walk with wife and another couple and our dogs could not believe how many pills we picked up and threw in the trash bins so our dogs wouldn't get them
Lacking so much. Food, stores, anything fun or exciting that would make one want to actually go to a mall. I think everyone in Nelson only goes out of necessity for certain things you can only purchase there. Boo
The cleanliness in the mall could be a lot better. I have been going to that mall for over 15 years now some people much longer and I can probably guarantee that the covers on the couches have never been washed/cleaned. The arm wrests look as if drinks have been spilt on. Maybe it’s time for an upgrade if they’re not going to be properly maintained?nnI couldn’t find the specific store to give a review on so I’ll leave on on the mall instead I guess. I have had pretty uncomfortable experiences in the cell phone hub store. Every time I walk in, the employees stand right next to me peaking over my shoulder not giving me any space while hardly speaking. I just prefer to have personal space honestly. Such an awkward experience.
A regular shopping centre. There are two main shops: Save On Foods and Walmart. This Walmart doesn’t have a great selection of fresh foods; just some milks, cheeses etc right at the front by the cashiers. Save On has lots of fresh local produce, nice breads, and all the other staples. Use your Save on Card free to get good discounts.
