Very good sandwiches with friendly service. Had the pulled pork mac n cheese and it was delicious. A bit pricey but the quality is there so it's worth the price. Coke products unfortunately but there's a KFC next door to get Pepsi :
I understand this is an outlet mall location, but the cheese toast I received definitely was not up to the standard I have received previously from other locations. It was really just garlic toast with a very small amount of cheese that didn't even cover half the bread. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this location
We were out shopping and decided to try and find a spot to eat. Not too many choices in the mall but decided on this place, had never even heard of them before. Let me say thought that I would eat here again without hesitation. The bun was very fresh as were all the other ingredients. No wilted lettuce or day old tomatoes on the Italian sandwich I had. I will be back !
Tried their cheese toast and only thing i can say is it wasnt cheesy enough… altogether not work $4. I wouldn’t recommend trying it. Such a waste of $
Went to the outlets for lunch and settled on Chachi's since they have openly-advertised gluten free options. Ordered the Cajun Chicken sandwich with the gluten free bread. Staff were friendly and asked if I had an allergy maybe to prevent/reduce cross-contamination when making the sandwich. Overall, the sandwich was a 9/10. The bread has a much better taste and consistency than a lot of gluten free bread I've had and the mix of ingredients in the sandwich were delicious. I'd take 1/10 off because it wasn't very big and I could probably eat 3 of them in one sitting - but I am a heavy eater and I hadn't had breakfast. Probably better that it isn't bigger since I'm still awake at work and you probably don't want to eat a giant sandwich and then walk around shopping. I'll be back here soon to try another sandwich! Menu and picture of delicious sandwich attached. Side note: got the cherry-flavoured coke to drink and didn't care much for it. Would probably not get it again - but that might just be a personal preference.
The cherry ice tea tastes amazing not too sweet not too tart. Service was quick and the food was tasty. It is not your average fast food joint!
Just today ordered three sandwiches. Firstly, the orders were mixed up. Unfortunately only found out when we reached home. To top it up they were made miserably, and further the listed ingredients were missing, no sauces, carrots were not even pickled. Overall bad experience. Chachi's done for me.
I went to buy a sandwich from here and when I finished the sandwich the taste of parmesan cheese was super salty and the bacon just felt like it was under cooked and it was too rubbery. It’s like the materials used now feel cheaper
The best food I've ever had in a food court, bar none. Club sandwich was excellent, on warm bread. Very, very impressed.
The staff was so nice, the place is really clean and the service was fast! I wish there were more veggies in the Vedge sandwich but the taste was great and the bread tasted like it just came out of the oven.
