Has REALLY gone downhill. This used to be my favourite place in the Pacific Centre food court as it actually made a nice sandwich, great macaroni and cheese, lovely salads. Ordered the Vedge sandwich today, and…well, see for yourself. If I’m going to pay $11.50 for a sandwich I want it to be better than Subway. #whenyourmenusaysarugulabutitsmadewithiceberglettuce *I have added a star as I do very much appreciate the response to my review and the follow-up on issues I presented. I will visit again with my coupon and hope to be able to write a more positive review later!*

Took the sandwiches to go and they held up great. They stayed fresh and tasted great. The mac and cheese was very small. The Cajun chicken salad was full of flavour!

Had their options of mac and cheese. Unfortunately their different toppings don’t add much because there isn’t much. I mean, when you start eating the toppings and then they are gone and there’s only plain mac and cheese. The mac and cheese sauce tastes good, however their pasta is very poor. The pasta flavor is so strong and floury, I could not taste much the cheese flavor.

Worst veggie sandwich inmy life. Really bad bread and also very little veggies. Don't know about other sandwiches but avoid there vedge. And the lady at the counter said that vedge is very good.

Sandwich shop that has Mac & cheese sandwich, deli meat, smoked meat and thin cut steak meat etc. I had a Bahn Mi and it’s not bad but it feels a bit overpriced for a sandwich. Given it’s food court quality food I guess you can’t expect much. A real Bahn Mi from a Vietnamese place is about $5-6 while theirs was about $12.

This company states its "Working with local partners to source the best ingredients." Well I ordered their Cali sandwich which comes with "chicken breast". Its actually that heavily processed meat you would find in chicken nuggets or at subway. Not fresh nor quality. Very disappointing in this quality of food.

Worst truffle Parm mac and cheese ever, for $6, this soggy mac & cheese was not acceptable; it was mooshy and too salty and greasy, couldn't eat it. For$6 it shouldn't be such a small portion, or this low quality, I couldn't finish it. I'm not critical about food, but this mac & cheese demands a critical review. The chicken Bahn Mi was not worth$13, but I could at least eat it all; the chicken was space chicken mechanically separated and pressed chicken protein, not real chicken meat, it should be sold at "Mechanically Separated Chicken Bahn Mi". The lemonade was too sweet, and I only had half, needed to get a drink to wash down my lemonade, absurd. You could fix this buy adding ice, but I don't know how you'll fix the other issues, I recommend a professional food consultant. I can't recommend this place.

I finally ordered this spicy Italian sandwich from @chachissandwiches! So glad to be able to try out new places! This place works with local bakeries, butchers and cheese makers to bring us delicious meals! I actually really enjoyed this sandwich but just be warned that it can be spicy!

Bad service, the staff just doesn’t care, slow and lazy. Soup was poor, sandwich wasn’t good either. The bread wasn’t toasted right, and a bit stale. Avoid if you can...

I tried their chicken sandwich, it was okyish. Their salad is the worst, just with pieces poorly cooked chicken and thrown with bunch of lettuce. This salad does not have anything other than lettuce, chicken and bacon. I ate it because did not feel like throwing it away. BIG NO FOR SALADS
